Return and Refund Policy

Return policy - return must be received within 30 days from date of purchase
State of return - return product in same condition as received
Reason for return - was product 1. damaged when received; 2. wrong product ordered; 3. other (please explain)?
Process for return - return product with original receipt. If product is damaged or wrong product, please indicate if replacement is needed or refund required,
Process of refund - if replacement is required, product will be shipped within 5 - 7 days. If refund required, purchase amount will refunded within 10 - 15 days.
